I made an appeal ticket for my game which was taken down without a reason on March 7th, and another on March 12th. I haven’t gotten a reply to either. Its been almost 13 days and Im really losing hope at this point. There’s no way it takes this long just to get a response, is this normal?

I have a similar issue. I submitted tickets in the past for other reasons, and they usually got a response within 1 - 2 business days. But now, they’re not responding at all.
Maybe Roblox introduced a new system that isn’t working properly and is taking down legitimate games?

Roblox recently accidentally banned people for exploiting which probably made the appeal rate go up by alot. I once needed to wait like 2-3 weeks to respond
This seems to be normal when they are busy but please do not make multiple tickets that fills up their queue as this would take longer. Be patient im sure they will respond soon
