It has been a while since I posted a bug report over an issue with people using an exploit to create transparent and invisible UGC items. The post is located here. I have seen some of the bundles using this glitch to make invisible bundles to create copies of headless head or some others. But, I was wondering since Roblox isn’t deleting the new transparent items that they are now allowed? Either Roblox’s team has not seen my post yet or does not care about this issue. Just wondering if they are allowed or not. Thanks!

Seeing the requirements mention the mesh must be fully opaque, of course I would assume not. Remember, Roblox’s moderation sucks. Many people are getting away with things they shouldn’t be.
I think it’s odd that it’s not allowed. It would give far more possibilities for hats and helmets.
My guess is to avoid lag even though transparent meshes don’t affect framerates that much, especially if it’s just accessories.
I completely agree that it is odd. Roblox needs to give its OWN creators (The people making THEM money) more flexibility when it comes to making a simple virtual item compared to the complications we have to deal with currently.
Roblox has now responded to my original post. They are reviewing it.
