Noticed a while ago, but I kinda procrastinated on figuring out if it is an issue with my display or Roblox. Noticed it in this tweet by TigerCaptain.

Basic Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 6820HK
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070 (8GB)
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics Settings: 10 (not reproducible at 9, probably due Ambient Occupation)
Graphics Library: Auto, probably DirectX 11
