Sometimes when uploading items (particularly sounds, gamepasses, or badges to a group game), the items attempt to upload twice. Usually it doesn’t work, but the result is that you get the dialog “Upload has failed, try again!” and since you think that the item didn’t upload, you upload it again.
This faulty dialog has caused me to upload the same badge three times. It’s a very sensitive error.
