Enable WorldModels for ViewportFrames soon?

Hi there! Our in-development game has been privately utilizing WorldModels for the past 3 months, primarily to display animated models with multiple joints in ViewportFrames.

We were hoping this feature would be enabled by around now, but unfortunately that hasn’t proven to be the case. Throughout the time we’ve been privately using the feature with FFlags, it has been remarkably stable when using it with ViewportFrames. We’ve never seen any crashes and we’ve been using the feature with many very complicated assemblies.

While its *possible* for us to work around them being disabled, it would be extremely painful and wouldn’t perform nearly as well if we were handling it in Lua.

Is there any possible chance we could see this feature enabled soon, exclusively for the purpose of using them in ViewportFrames? We would greatly appreciate it :slight_smile:!

Me and my friend thought Roblox Studio was broken because we couldn’t select anything in a WorldModel via the viewport.

(@Maximum_ADHD this isn’t a bug?)
