This message seems to work for people. It’s unfortunate we have to just copy appeal messages but it’s the only thing that works.

It really sucks that these dumb enforcement bans have been placed on your accounts and y’all having a hard time because of it. I’m not affected by the bans but my friend (@DMinecraft9993) is for no reason, but it’s just that his account was flagged when he connected to a school wi-fi, which someone terminated might have actually connected to. Am rn trying my best to help get his account back but Roblox Support is really trash at the moment when it comes to handling cases like this.
id give it a few more days. if they still dont respond try contacting roblox Press or Legal. it seems like that can get a human moderator to review your case. the author of the post i linked explains how it works. id give it a try
if that doesnt help and if youre an EU citizen, you can contact DSA and explain your situation. EU users have up to six months to appeal, and this can pressure roblox into providing a more detailed response or possibly reconsider a decision

Okay but this is lying. Nobody was on my accounts and I’d rather not mislead Support.
This is in regards to a false DMCA claim they had received, this has nothing to do with enforcement bans and it would make no sense for me to contact their legal team, my ticket would get closed as it doesn’t involve anything relating to copyright.
I copy paste this message, and the termination is immediately approved for me.
This is actually insane.

Many people are behind something called CGNAT, meaning multiple household share a single IP address. I’m guessing it would be pretty obvious in some cases where thousands share a single IP address but I have seen cases where less than 10 household sharing an IP address at the same time. With some unfortunate setup on ISP’s side can probably get you flagged as an alt
MAC address collision is possible too, but would be unlikely since the chance of an exploiter spoofing your MAC address is essentially 1 in 281 trillion
Did you set the category as “Appeal a Decision / I was moderated for my actions or the behavior of an alt” this time? I wonder if perhaps the accusatory language wording on that is being used to auto-deny appeals involving terminations.
IP address is likely not used for enforcement bans. The Roblox ban API doesn’t use IP for game bans. It uses MAC address for the most part.

Yes, I set the category to exactly that. I got a response 12 minutes later.
On the image you can see the timings between appeal being submitted → approved.
My friend who has shared wifi over an area experienced this ban below through this same issue.
Gallantri is currently reappealing on advice that tickets get shot up to human review after enough appeal attempts are made, as it worked for another friends holder account. I’d like to highlight previous people in this forum have replied they got their account appealed successfully after enough reattempts, so for people looking into this: Keep trying.
Didn’t work for me unfortunately. I’ve sent another appeal and will share if it’s successful. It does look like it’s based more on frequency and dumb luck rather than the content of the message.
Given the average review date listed on the termination notice seems to be about a year, I imagine its easy for humans to distinguish as a false correlation.
I would just keep sending appeals until it works.
That’s what I did and it seemed to work.
Try creating different appeal messages as well, maybe even get ChatGPT or other AI to formulate them for you, after sending all the data of this post of the people affect to the AI.
Doing this worked after the second attempt. I don’t know why, but it did. This still doesn’t fix my issue though as I have 21 other accounts that are still deleted. At least I can DevEx again.
Unfortunately the template mentioned above isn’t working for me, neither directly nor after changing the wording. This is my 5th rejection so I think we’re seeing that it’s working purely on the off-chance that a human moderator reads it. I’ve sent another (duplicate) appeal.

What are you putting in the other fields on the support form? Are you including your username, name, etc, or only in the “describe your issue” field? Whatever I’m doing is not working for me unfortunately.
