Bump, I have so much evidence in a flaw with their auto moderation and proof a lot of people are innocent but I don’t know how to get through to a human. I pray roblox addresses this properly but I fear they will just brush it under a rug.

This is a total joke. Seriously, what a horrible system. All appeals are almost completely rejected because it’s entirely reviewed by AI.

i have recently logged back onto roblox after a week or so just to see that i have been terminated off the platform for the similar reasons to everyone in this thread, i have tried making two appeals with the first being denied after about 12 hours and the next being denied after roughly 2 hours, and i am going to give this message a try i appreciate the information and i will let you know how it goes.

By the way, from what I’ve seen you can ask them to provide you the terminated account that was linked to you.

Update, it worked. They declined four of my appeals today and this one just got approved. Wow.

They terminated my friends account for no reason and they have been constantly denying him no matter how much proof given, two humans contacted him both saying no too, but the thing is that they both wrote extremely similar messages, they might be ai roblox made to try to hide the situation under a mask

Solo agregué unas pocas líneas al script, y he estado usando ChatGPT durante más de un año para crear scripts, siempre publicándolos sin problemas ni advertencias. Perder mi cuenta, junto con mi grupo con más de 8,000 Robux y los 6,000 Robux de mi cuenta, se siente completamente injusto.
Esta situación ha sido devastadora para mí, ya que he pasado más de un año construyendo y trabajando en mi cuenta de manera responsable. Solo quiero que el equipo de Roblox entienda que esto fue un error, no una mala conducta, y espero poder recuperar mi cuenta y mi progreso. Es muy desalentador ver cómo mi trabajo duro desaparece por algo tan mínimo.

it could be that the appeal i copied has some sort of typo in the end?? its shown to be “Than You” when it should be “Thank You” which i fixed when sending it
also the category i chose was to appeal a decision for my behavior or the behavior of an alt
if it still doesnt work keep trying or maybe search for another appeal that also worked. the response time should get shorter the more appeals you send

this is what my copypasta looks like after i modified it:
Dear Roblox Moderation Team, I am reaching out to appeal the termination of my Roblox account, err_nothing. For avoiding moderation via making an alternative account. I believe this moderation must be a mistake. My siblings and I all play Roblox and share the same IP address. My brother has had his account terminated in the past, which may have caused confusion and led to my account being falsely flagged for evading moderation. However, I want to clarify that I have not created or used any alternate accounts to bypass moderation actions. I kindly request a thorough review of my case. Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank You.
Well the appeal reason was about my acc behavior or my alt behaviour, idk if i ve been doing anything wrong.
been rejected 5 times, do i have to care about anything like the time between each appeal or something else in the issue description

im unsure why it would be failing to work? i will mention i used the copy and paste after 5 appeals that i written by myself got rejected. the time difference from my most recently rejected appeal compared to the one that worked was within a day
basing off other posts just keep using that appeal until hopefully “support” gives in??
im not sure how i can help any further from here unfortunately and i hope you’re able to get your account back, nobody here should have to go through this in the first place

Did you send another appeal right after the rejection letter?
Another thing could be me living in Vietnam as most of my appeal get sent to the VNG customer support instead, and I don’t really know how to remove that.
My account was hijacked a few days ago. I managed to regain control to the account but I was terminated under this exact same message. I did not do anything bad before getting hijacked so my best guess is that these hijackers did something to terminate the account. Glad to know I am not the only one with this issue! Support is slow on me.

with the appeal that worked it was around 11 hours since the rejected one, if you feel that your location affects support you could possibly use a vpn only if your certain its based on that, im from the US

I sent two requests, one with almost the same message almost a week ago and another today. But I haven’t received a response to either of them. Should I be concerned?

I have so much evidence of my innocence and so many others being innocent, along with proof of there being a clear flaw in the detection for ‘sexual content’ though it doesn’t matter when I cannot get through to a human to present all of this.

Just sent an appeal with Windscribe, the location being Dogg, US. It is rejected, so I think I will send another one with vpn, but maybe 1 or 2 days later
