Reviewing Appeals Applications
Discord bans and roleplay server permanent bans can be appealed by contacting an Administration Team or a member from our Chief Administrative Officer. More information can be found in our “Information” channel on discord.
Currently, the Administration Team and Chief Administrative Officer handles ban appeals from players. Do take note that we only review permanent bans only, not time-based bans. This includes in our Discord server and roleplay server as well.
Before you start reviewing the applications, we will not be providing any requirements of ban appeals as reasons vary to every player. You are required to use your brain whether or not you think this player’s ban can be appealed. However, with an unappealable ban that may be seen in our “roleplay logs”, their ban appeal will be automatically declined.
Generally, there are only two platforms that they may be banned from and that is on the Discord server or the roleplay server. After you have decided to appealed their ban from a Discord server, simply use the “!unban [User ID]” in order to unban them, please make sure to notify them later.
A ban in a roleplay server in the other hand, please use the “!a” command which also can be seen in our logging guide if you not sure how to use that command. Please type in their username and you may add additional notes if you’d like. If you don’t, simply, put a “-” or “N/A” to state that you don’t.
After that, make sure to unban the player on our roleplay server as well as soon as possible by using the “:unban [Player Username]” in the server. Be sure to notify them as well as soon as they were unbanned.
This is the conclusion of reviewing ban appeals, please use your brain to check if this player is actually sincere in wanting to appeal their ban. They’ll only bring trouble back if they don’t. Please contact any member from the staff team if you feel confuse or you are having any concerns or questions.
