Hosting STS Sessions

:bulb: STS Sessions solely targets FRP’ers and inform them that we do have multiple rules set in place in order to have a better roleplay experience. This is also when the server and moderators are overwhelmed with FRP’s, they may need to host an STS Session to explain the rules.

:spiral_notepad: Please note that Senior Moderators+ may only host an STS Session. However, Senior Moderators+ must request permissions from any members from the Management Team+. If a Management Team+ hosts an STS Session, they are not required to request any permissions.


:bulb: As long as you are able to transfer information to other players while hosting an STS, everything below are free to be personalized to your liking, do make sure that words are not tagged by the Roblox system though.

All staff members must be ready in the civilian spawn 5 minutes before announcing that we’re going to do an STS Session soon by using the command below. This gives you and your other fellow staff enough time to get organized before bringing others.

you may ping the role “Active Moderators” in our staff chat to notify that you will be hosting an STS Session.

:closed_book: If there are any disruption during the STS Session, such as a player trying to RDM intentionally, please kick the player without hesitation. You are still required to log every warn, kick or ban you performed during the STS Session. Though, if players decides to wonder about, you are to TP them back to line, repeated offences may lead to a kick aswell.

:loudspeaker: Announcement

:m We’ll be hosting an STS Session shortly, there are multiple rules that must be pointed out to build a better roleplay for everyone. Please end your roleplay in advance to avoid any disruption when the STS Session begins.

:closed_book: You are expected to announce that you are going to do the STS at least 3 minutes before you bring them to inform them to put an end to their roleplay in advance.

:closed_book: You may use the “:bring all” command to bring all players to the civilian spawn, it is suggested that you use the command twice with a fast pace or to ask another fellow staff to assist you.

:wave: Introduction & Rules

:m This STS Session will be hosted by me, [Your Username]. You are required to be in line at all times and any disruption such as talking is not allowed during this time.

The purpose of this STS Session is to give everyone a complete rundown of the rules, and you are expected to follow each and every one of them.

There are a total of V sections of rules here, if you’d like to view the rules at other times, please join our communications server which will be provided at the end of this session.

:gear: Section I: General

  • Meta-Gaming is not allowed.
  • Power-Gaming is not allowed.
  • Respect Everyone on the server.
  • Conduct each roleplay and scenario realistically.
  • The ER:LC Community Guidelines must be followed at all times.
  • The Roblox Community Guidelines must be followed at all times.
  • Abusing glitches is not allowed.
  • New Life Rule must be followed.

:man_artist: Section II: Character

  • Your avatar must be realistic.
  • You must have an attire or a badge for LEO.
  • Wearing any sort of mod attire is not allowed if you aren’t a mod.
  • Your avatar must not contain any inappropriate references.

:gun: Section III: Roleplay

  • 3.1. RDM is not allowed.
  • 3.2. VDM is not allowed.
  • 3.3. Remington MSR is not allowed.
  • 3.4. Remington 870 is not allowed.
  • 3.5. Value your life, perform fear RP.
  • 3.6. While the priority timer is active, causing pursuits and roberries is not allowed.
  • 3.7. Cop baiting is not allowed.
  • 3.8. Roleplay gun motions.
  • 3.9. Roleplay every crash.

:hospital: Section IV: Department Roleplays

  • 4.1. Cuff rushing is not allowed.
  • 4.2. Fabarm FB7 is not allowed.
  • 4.3. Orsis T 5000 is not allowed.
  • 4.4. SWAT must be applied first before using any SWAT gears.
  • 4.5. Following random civilian vehicles until they break a law is not allowed.
  • 4.6. Patrol only in your jurisdictions.
  • 4.7. SWAT patrols is not allowed.
  • 4.8. EMS patrols is not allowed.
  • 4.9. Fire patrols is not allowed.

:blue_car: Section V: Vehicles

  • Exotics are not allowed.
  • Auto flip for vehicles must be disabled in settings.
  • The color “Earth Blue” in an undercover LEO is not allowed as it is only reserved for Staff.
  • License plates that are deemed inappropriate is not allowed.

:closed_book: Every sections and rules must be said during the STS Session, please do not miss any rules here as each and every one of them is extremely crucial. If you do accidentally miss any rules, please correct it yourself after the STS.

:drum: Outro

Before we conclude this STS Session, please give us a moment while we perform an avatar check, any avatars that are deemed unrealistic must be changed.

:m Our STS Session has concluded! If you have any questions or concerns of any of these rules, feel free to say “PTS” where a fellow staff will come and assist you.

:closed_book: Each “:m” command between this and the outro section must have an in interval of a minimum of 20 seconds in order to let the players to read the messages given to them.

:closed_book: During the conclusion, many players may stay as they have some questions about the rules, you are to assist them and make sure their question is answered and they have fully understood the rules.
