Error code 264 at the loading screen if player has cleared the Roblox application cache on mobile device

After clearing the cache of the Roblox application and launch to the game, the microphone access request occurs first, and then error 264.
The error appears on the PC, despite the fact that the player clears the application data on the mobile device. Solution - restart roblox app.
We reproduce this bug at Sony Xperia XZ3, OnePlus 6, Poco F1.

Game: FRONTLINES - Roblox , NBA Playgrounds: Basketball Hoops Arcade - Roblox
Platform: PC, Mobile
Repro Frequency: 80%
Steps:

  1. Clear the Roblox application cache at mobile device
  2. Try to launch the game
  3. Pay attention to error 264 occurs at loading screen
