The Splash screen/loading screen may not be displayed when the game is first started. Reproduced on PS5

I think this bug maybe releates to Error code 264 at the loading screen if player has cleared the Roblox application cache on mobile device

Platform: PS5(Maybe PC)
Repro Frequency: 10%
Reproduction Steps:

  1. Delete game
  2. Install game
  3. Launch the game on the PS5 console
  4. Wait for the download to the Hub
  5. Splash screen/loading screen may not be displayed

Could you provide a video? I’m assuming you mean the Roblox logo that is supposed to appear on launch

Is there a particular experience that you are launching? Can you help me identify what splash you expect to see versus what you are actually seeing?

Hi SolarCrane,
Start of the game looks like this at PC/Mobile -


But at PS 5 and some time at PC splash screen with NBA teams missed for some reason.
