Error "This Rig contains a cycle between the connections of certain parts."

İ have a rigged model. When i try to animate it it gives the error as seen in the topics name. Please help

PS: İ checked the motor 6DS
Update: After deleting and reputting the motor6Ds it still didnt work. Please help
