Error while publishing: Failed to upload union. Exceeded limit

Few hours ago I’ve disabled team-create to fix the terrain but after I’ve done it when I try to re-enable the team-create or publish the place with a saved local file, it apparently gives me an error which says

Of course, I’ve figured it out that this problem came from having many unions but the difficulty is those unions are almost everywhere in the place, in the tools, in the buildings, etc… I did run a script to check the union amount and the result is

I’ve once tried to group some large model that contains unions and remove them while saving the original position in order to replace them again. But after I’ve reduced the union amount to 2000 unions, it still appears to not be fixed as the “Error while publishing” still shows.

Nvm, I did manually copy and paste all instances into a new baseplate with TC on.

I don’t understand why we have to copy and paste everything into a new baseplate? I’m continually getting this error in one place (the bigger one) but not the other? Half-way through development we had to transfer the entire game onto another place but there is no chance we are doing it with this game being nearly done.

I have seen countless posts regarding issues like this, I’m wondering why Roblox has decided not to help or find any solutions / fixes?

Those posts also include descriptions in-detail of what happens and shows the output, what more can we do?

This is happening to me, I have 1360 unions, even combining them so that there is only 77 unions yet I still got the error. And copying and pasting to a new baseplate does not fix it either.
