My experience linked here ([♦️ SUITS] Notoriety: A PAYDAY® Experience - Roblox) consistently (the first time) shows as unavailable which is potentially hurting our player count, revenue, and other metrics. I have attached a screenshot of the result of this bug.
Navigate to roblox on web (I start at the home page via bookmark) (Log in to Roblox)
Open the game page. See the experience is unplayable.
Interestingly, refreshing will fix this and the fix will last the rest of the chrome session, but the damage might be done depending on how widespread this issue is.

Expected behavior
Expected: game is playable. There should be a green button appearing that allows me to play even the first time I open the game in the browser.
Cant change any of my avatars either, checked the error code, its a http error: 500, meaning there is an internal error. Might be some critical servers that are down.
I may have gotten unlucky when I posted this, it appears there was an outage but this issue has existed before and now after that incident as well for me. I reproduced it once again this morning.
Use your asset manager to see if your place is under moderation. For some reason, Roblox is not notifying developers of place moderation, so check that and send an appeal to request the reason.
Hi, I believe this started occurring EVEN MORE ever since the RDC 2025 Game-jam, as mainly every single game that was submitted was also going through a breakdown because of the servers, I believe that outage and this problem was somewhat correlated, especially since we saw a spike of this only after the event. So much so, that ROBLOX for the first time in RDC history, extended the period to submit the experiences by additional time provided.
All-in-all, cases related to these should cease existing within the next week, since RDC 2025 should be coming to an end real soon. To clarify further, you should announce that players should use the ROBLOX App (PC/Mobile/Console) instead of the website, since the issue arises less on the application compared to the website.
I hope this solves somewhat of the temporary issues, Notoriety deserves it’s highlight and despite every obstacle the experience has faced over the year(s), it still stand ever-so strong! Thank you Brick_man!
