The amount of disconnect the Roblox corporation seems to be having with its playerbase is absurd.

first you announce a policy that is literally unneeded, useless and only harms developers more than it benefits.

With all of the updates on catalog that are getting enrolled they honestly should fire whoever is in charge of making these changes.
People want to be able to try things on before buying them, or make an outfit with an item to see if they want to buy it. Literally a good chunk of income of UGC creators come from those catalog games, whether it be games to view outfits, or about creating your own before buying stuff.
