This is a TERRIBLE change. I don’t know which higher-ups at Roblox forced this policy, but this needs to be pushed back against. More games than I can even count would be harmed if this is fully implemented. Forcing a purchase prompt when trying on items also is AWFUL design, and will significantly irritate players of any games that follow that guideline.

I do not like this change. This makes games specifically meant for avatar changes, like Catalog Avatar Creator, labeled unusable. All UGC items shouldn’t be made limited either, this is terrible as it means there’s a limit on what people can or can not buy.
The fact ANY Roblox user can create items in the future is concerning.
There are already active problems with a closed community UGC program, such as ripping off existing items and stealing IP’s from other brands. I would like for UGC to be available only to those who will be creative and create quality items. The Classic Shirt/Pants catalog is already a wasteland filled with botted clothing and thousands of copies. This will happen to UGC if made public.
