Explosion.BlastRadius should actually alter the scale of the Explosion particle

Subject basically explains it all.
This used to be a thing in the earlier days, but it isn’t the case anymore.
I think it’d be awesome if we could have giant explosions on ROBLOX.

Yes this indeed used to happen, and needs to happen again.

EDIT:
Or if this is not desirable then we could also have a particle size property on explosions?

I agree with Stealth; this should be a separate property. I’m certain I’d need to use BlastRadius without the explosion scaling

Sure

While we’re on the subject of explosions, they should also not bring even the most powerful PCs to their knees in terms of performance. I have a GTX 1080 at home, and I can barely pass 5 (close up) explosions without suffering heavy frame rate drops.

Perhaps that’s why they don’t scale?

IIRC one of the Admins told asimo3089 on a post about new particleemitter max sizes that larger sizes are really performance intense.

They get performance intensive when there are lots of particles close to the near clipping plane.
I’m not sure why this is exactly, or if theres much they can do about it.
