Exporting cavities as a texture on blender

I’m pretty new to blender so I don’t know how I would do this. I made a rock model that I want to use in game, but I don’t know how I would export the cavities as a texture on the model. How would I do this?

How did you do the cavities in blender?

By enabling it in Viewport shading at the down arrow at the top left.

This was already asked in another DevForum topic, do make sure to search before you open new topics.

I’ve seen that, but couldn’t figure out how to do it. I’ve looked at tutorials on how to use geometry, but that stuff isn’t helping me.

Bake it. (there are several tutorials on how. Google them. Keep in mind, Roblox only supports Color (emission) Normal, Roughness, and Metalness maps.
