A week ago, my friends account “ciscogmailfan” has been falsely terminated for avoiding enforcement via using an alt account. However, She has no alt accounts at all and strictly only used her one and only account.
As you can see in the image, no reason was specified regarding the termination, and the alt accounts username was not specified either. We have never come across or even met someone with an username beginning with “Ag” and have no idea who that could be. The only possibility is that they used the same email/phone number that is linked to my friends account, or used the same wifi and my friend got banned alongside with them. A bunch of appeals have been sent regarding the situation but all of them were rejected given the same copy pasted reply within minutes. It has happened countless times that someone was falsely terminated due to the AI moderation and it is almost impossible to appeal given how untrained the AI clearly is and how hard it is to get to actual human moderators. If a human moderator could get through to us and explain the situation further, or unban my friend we would really appreciate that. My friend strictly only plays roblox with me and there is no reason to ban her whatsoever. So many appeals have been rejected, and we tried to post here for help but my account didnt meet the requirements for posting. My friend has asked in the appeals that the termination be reconsidered, and all the login IDs, devices, IPs and linked emails are checked, but to no avail. The day of her ban was June 23, yet we havent played that day or even the day before. She has tried to prove and explain that the account does not belong to either of us but we were met with the same automated reply. All of that aside, I think roblox should reduce the amount of AI thats being used to moderate the community and more employees should work on appeals instead of AI.
The appeals kept getting rejected because according to roblox, the reason of the ban was because of “Misusing Roblox systems”. My friend has done nothing listed under that category. I’ll admit that we let each other in our accounts, but that wasn’t for the sake of avoiding punishment or doing something that breaks the community standards. She has no VPNs, no alts, and no games aside from old ones she hasnt touched in years. or at the start to begin with.

Type “bug report” into the search engine. An orange square will appear. Click on it, then a page with lists will appear. At the top, click the “Report bug” button. A window for creating a topic will open.
happened to my friend’s account aswell, he had his phone number compromised and sadly it was added into a “temp phone number” website which allowed users to receive OPT from the phone number through the website. so someone ended up adding his phone number into their own account and he received “enforcement ban” which was absurd. he’s still appealing his user was AfterReailty
