Falsely Banned for Serverside GUI

Hello,

My account (uzu_2347) got banned for cheating and exploitation

So basically i executed a lot of require(ID) commands on a serverside GUI on my game,
It got me temporarily banned a lot of time,But now it got me terminated,

So when i first tried to appeal,they didnt even review it and just said it was for using an “unapproved 3rd party tool”

so after weeks of appealing,they finally reviewed it

they said it was because of a GUI that contained a serversider that i used for theses commands,but it does NOT count as an exploit

Because that GUI was made using roblox studio,so its not third party

Now i don’t know what to do,when i respond to the messages they just say “We’re sorry but we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry. We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time. However, if you need further assistance with a different matter, please don’t hesitate to let us know.”

They should really fix this issue,i’ve been getting banned because of this multiple times,now it got me terminated

same thing happened to me, i was falsely permanently banned for child exploitation even though i never did any of that

roblox moderation need to fr improve,all i did was just loadstring(),its not an exploit,since it is not 3rd party

OOHH YES!! !This is why my first account got banned. You can’t restore the account

For loadstring you can use developer console.

I’ve been falsely banned (Ban was only 1 day, still on my moderation history) for a similar reason but instead for a better version of the roblox developer console thats only available to people that have studio access (developer console access) for such game.

Actually,loadstring() is allowed,in ServerScriptService there’s even an official property called “Enabled Loadstring”

I did appeal it, they said the moderation consequence was removed from my account but that was lie as they only unmoderated the game but not my account.

What do you think I should do

Those automated responses kept wasting time so it’s now more than 6 months ago (I’m a EU user so i get 6 months)

Last Month they said “they removed the consequence” they unbanned my game but not my account

When i messaged them saying to unban my account they banned my game again saying it was more than 6 months ago

But it ain’t my fault if they spend more than 6 months finally doing “further review”

You could try doing what this person has said in another topic: Help, account wrongly deleted for "Child Exploitation" - #18 by MrSheriff_RBLX (Basically calling Roblox)

also note that if you’re outside of the usa, you’ll have to dial their number preceded by 001 (0018888582569), but if you’re inside the usa then you can dial them without the 001

You can, make sure your phone carrier permits you to do calls to united states.

Maybe you can contact Bitdancer if they say that you “triggered an anti-cheat detection”, not sure if he supports replies regarding that anymore but i remember him saying that in a Discord server.

In the Latte Softworks server a long time ago, if i remember correctly, somebody asked Bitdancer to review one of their friends ban (not the Friends of Bitdancer) and basically at that time, Bitdancer confirmed it was correct for that person though since it seems that only require scripts got you banned, maybe he could help you (not fully sure) but a fact i do know is that Bitdancer has permissions to view moderation history/detection logs/such.

its because of the serversided GUI in my game
the anticheat probably detected an abnormal gui and thought it was a serverside exploit
