The trees look pretty good, and the BloomEffect looks amazing. I can’t think of anything else that would improve this.
im adding like a circle of stones around the spawn, its kinda hard to explain bit with neaon parts in the middle of the gaps, as well as more trees and shrubs because forests are usually much denser, and a few flowers as well as rocks, and possibly a enchanted portal somewhere.
I’d say to try and play with the contrast setting in colorcorrection, I’d say to try and increase the contrast to around 0.05, 0.075 or 0.1
It really depends on how you feel but playing around with the lighting really makes a difference. Otherwise looks good so far.

Yeah. At least I think so. 
You have to right click on the lighting in explorer workspace and then hover over insert object and this menu should come up.
My cursor is where colorcorrection settings are but I’ve circled the other lighting settings in red, hopefully you play around with those and make a magical masterpiece. 
this with after playing with colour correction, I added a light blue tint to it, should I keep it or keeping looking through the colours for the best one?
also I cant do the sunray effects, because its night

yeah dont do sunrays, eitherway dont make the tint too huge, I think if you made the fog a light purple and the tint a very light purple then it would look good, then just drop the brightness to -0.1 and contrast up to 0.075 and saturation up to 0.1 or 0.125 and it should be dope

Oh yeah that looks decent, just play around with the other settings a bit more.
The blue is nice but it’s a bit strong, try maybe dropping it to a lighter blue

I did that but, I still kinda like the strong blue, I like the more upfront kinda feel about it
If you like the strong blue then keep it, whatever works best with you
