hello, I’ve started to make a enchanted forest and so far I think it looks good, but I’m double checking with you guys, any feedback on improvement or more to add, though i still have more ideas.( its not finished yet)

Right now it’s looking good, I might suggest adding more mushrooms to give it more of a fantasy feel. Great build!

there’s a mushroom on the cliff and in the back, there will be more with a variety of colours, but I added a few for a general layout, there’s also more you cant see
Add more decorations to the build and some grass would be nice.
there is grass, its the live terrain grass. Also ill be adding these around the map :
as well as a variety of flowers, more trees and mushrooms

Maybe you could add a bit more detail, such as mushrooms and bushes and magical items to give it some of a fantasy feeling.
Other than that, great job!

I have mushrooms, ill be adding more later on, im working on the bushes, could you elaborate on the magical items? because I cant think of anything else. I was thinking of putting a unicorn in there xd.

As magical I mean like a witches hut, some in-game music, maybe some bugs flying around with magical wands I guess.
I like the witches hut Idea, I was thinking before to make a great oak tree with a house in the middle, like a fairy house.
Hard to know what to suggest when I don’t know what you plan to add or change. I like it so far.
Definitely need some kind of wall or some part around the player that matches the fog color. Help to hide the hard drop off the edge of the map, add some mystery around how expansive it is (especially if they loop back around when walking away).
I coulde probably make a hedge wall around the map with the same colour as the fog with maybe vines extruding and stuff?
If your going to make it a physical wall, probably better to have it not be the same color as the fog. Wouldn’t make sense for leaves to be such a bright green.
yea your right, I will probably make it the same colour as the grass on top of the rock?
or darker maybe?
Seems good to me. Will have to see. Fog can change the apparent color of things.
Feedback
The trees appear to be stretched and deformed. It does not look like it will attack to the tree.
More mushrooms will be ideal with some more “enchanted” scenes such as fireflies or fairies. As well as this, you should have the forest be much more densely populated with wildlife and trees.
For example:
The grass looks flat and unnatural. I suggest adding slight chances in elevation.

I was planning on make it much denser in the future, and those were the first trees I made so there bleh, I didn’t know how to make realistic trees so I kinda guessed how to make them, there will be more mushrooms I just put a few for a general layout.
