Wow, this is an amazing work of art, the realism behind the background is really well made and then the ominous “Guesty”, it looks really good for starts, you’ve used the right type of materials to potray in how terrifying the character can be, what you could try doing is adding like a red aura around “Guesty” or something to make him stand out a bit more
I think it’s great. I do think the angles on the missing arm are a bit sharp, though. This background is in a British subway system. You can tell by the sign. That’s canon is Guesty lore now.
He’s holding the knife backwards…
Besides that, though, you done did good. Any other suggestions I could give have already been mentioned, so I leave no further comment.
