The Ice-Cream was found on Google Images (I’m not a good Clip-Art person)

The ice cream is hidden in the text, I recommend you should make a layout for the logo something like this:
The yellow represents the ice cream. Make the text’s layer ahead of the ice cream’s layer. Resize the ice cream into a much bigger size, but not too big. There is many layouts for the logo, but all I can say for layouts is try not to make the ice cream hidden, or it can ruin how the logo looks.

Overall, add some things that make the text pop-out, such as a gradient, or add some sprinkles or dripping effects in the logo to hint that the logo looks like ice cream. That is really all I can say about the logo.

I don’t recommend using other people’s clip art. Also for a word like Icecream you can leave out the - It just doesn’t look exactly right with the logo.
Other than that its a fine logo good work!
