I think this is my best improvement so far.

This looks good overall but the lighting looks like shadowmap, if you want realistic put on future lighting. (this is a suggestion)

Nice, but I think there are a lot of material, too much for me, try to sostitute someone material in another one, and the neon in the exterior I think you should delete it, it doesn’t seems realistic
