Yup. that exact thing. also promptgamepurchase, but nothing.
No Free models All mine. I didn’t have this problem 4 hrs ago. This just started.
Did you change anything recently such as adding plugins? Or anything that might cause that?
Nope. I left it alone completely. Didn’t even update the start game today. It just happened within the last 4 hrs when i was gone.
Hey wait, you said they were coming back, right? Can you send us those scripts?
The scripts have vanished. They didnt come back… so… i don’t know what the cultprate is
Hmm not sure then but as @azahid1 said if they do come back sending them here could help us try to figure out what’s wrong/the culprit.
Its gotta be an outside source script that is somehow linked to the game? Idk, i ahve had an influx of exploiters today. And i’m new to the issue so i don’t know how to deal with it without also affecting my complex code systems.
Do you store a lot of scripts in the workspace? Do you keep your scripts together (e.g. 5 module scripts in server script service) or do you make a lot of them?
With the same method I described earlier, try looking at all the scripts that are using require()
. Something in your game could be fetching a third party module that’s causing this.
Again a majority of scripts are in the AERO GAME FRAMEWORK, so there are none in the workspace.
The only things being required are in the game itself. Modules that talk to eachother.
Now this is popping up for my players in the main menu.
I just hopped into the game now, and its fine… But in the second game, the prompt purchase still appears. idk what happened or how to prevent this in the future
OMG NOW ITS BACKKKKKKK!!! What is happening
This now might be a question roblox has to answer, I am not sure and I am pretty sure now others are confused of what is happening to your game, another thing too is roblox uses javascript and it is not a very secure programming language
I messaged a roblox staff member. If there is a number i can call i will call it.
I’m not sure what else I can suggest, you just have to continue looking through your game to see if you can identify the rogue script.
To help with this, you can set all hidden services to become visible in your explorer. Go into the settings menu under the Studio tab and set this option to true:
You could also try a play solo session or start a test server to see if you can narrow down the issue.
Well I hope you receive good news, like I said it is probably just some annoying hacker doing it for fun or something
What is this?
