Reproduction Steps
1. Join a game
2. Enable shiftlock
3. Teleport to a different place
System info:
CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i9-10920X CPU @ 3.50GHz
Memory: 64 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

Expected Behavior
After teleporting, with shiftlock disabled, I should be able to turn my camera without turning my character as well.
Actual Behavior
While holding right-click, you will usually turn your camera around your character, but this bug causes your character to turn with the camera despite shiftlock being disabled.
Workaround
If you deliberately want to avoid this, you have to disable shiftlock before any place teleportation.
