What are your device specs? Is your device having thermal issues?
I’m using the Asus ZenBook Flip 15.
Laptops are more prone to suffer from heat issues. This is likely thermal throttling and unrelated to Roblox.
The laptop itself isn’t hot it’s cold + it has a cooler under it. Like i bought a cooler for it.
Like it’s smooth on level 1 graphics but not on level 10
But it was smooth on level 10 before
I am having the exact same issue with my laptop. I was able to play most games fine at max graphics quality at full stable 60fps but suddenly it can’t and games are now only smooth at graphics quality 1.
I tried redownloading it and it works. For now.
welp, i just got 7,5 FPS in-game right now.
I got 29 Frames Per Second on level 1 graphics.
Ive noticed roblox suddenly runs horribly on low end devices when the same experiences ran fine only a year ago , could be related to that
ive noticed this on 3 seperate low end machines
edit: “a year ago” makes it seem less sudden but thats when i last used the stock 2008 ATI GPU from my Inspiron 530 on roblox which ran it at 25fps on an intense game at 1080p, the upgrade I put in it (a Gt 710) struggles at keeping 20FPS in a similarly intensive game despite being many times more powerful
it isnt just that GPU being sucky, it ran games fine only 3-4 months ago!
Roblox is still going fine on my laptop with same performance, but since a few days ago, any Roblox game is causing my laptop fans to literally go insane
I have no idea why
Do you get the issue on a baseplate with no scripts? What about in studio?
I had an identical issue with my laptop not long ago, but cleaning out the fans with a can of compressed air solved it.
I am having this problem too, I was getting good FPS on all games, but now on games with lots of players I am getting significant FPS drops since yesterday, like 20-30 FPS
I am curious on what are your hardware specifications.
Sorry that i’m late. Yes it still does it on a baseplate too.
Studio is working fine for me.
What do you mean hard este specificatons?
Sorry i don’t understand. I’m not really an english guy.
