Fragmented Robloxian has some problems

These issues apply to the newly-released Fragmented Robloxian bundle for The Hunt: Mega Edition.
Expected Behavior:
As this bundle’s Head resembles a Dynamic version of the Epic Face, it would be expected that this head would appear accurate to the 2D counterpart.

This is supported by the R6 version of the Fragmented Robloxian head bearing great resemblance to Epic Face. (albeit with some slight issues, like the mouth sagging and the outline texture bleeding up-close)

(r6 head put onto r15 body for showcase)
Actual Behavior:
Instead, this bundle’s head in R15 is an oddly disproportionate version of the Epic Face.

The bundle also has incorrect attachments, causing all accessory types that append to the limbs to be way higher than they’re meant to be. (shown with a Back accessory)

Thank you for reporting this issue. I bought this bundle and hopefully Roblox is going to fix it.

Also please make sure to fix the black pixelated texture on the mouth, it’d be awesome.

Even in r6 the face still has some issues, such as the mouth being lower and the right side sagging.

Hi folks,

Thank you for reporting this. Just want everyone to know that we are going to make some updates to the Dynamic Head to make it look better. It will take a little bit of time to do this update, but we’re on it.

We’re also investigating the attachment point issue.

In the mean time, thank you for your patience while we do this.

Update: Attachment Points should be fixed. Please let us know if you see otherwise.

Thanks!

The left arm shoulder attachment (first pic) seems to still be broken compared to the right arm (its a little forward)

R6 or R15? Which accessory(ies) are you trying? They look the same depth on our end.

Its R15, you can see this purple accessory of mine was positioned forward making it clip. On my right arm you can see I’m wearing a white version of the same accessory and it doesnt clip.

Accessories used: Manor's Shoulder Fragments 2 - Roblox

Are you also able to make the inner area of the mouth more like close-to-flat to the face rather than having space inside?

This can be achieved by using a data transfer modifier linked to a plane in the inside of the mouth to give it a flat effect, please consider this approach if possible.

I believe this is not an attachment issue but rather an issue with the LeftUpperArm and LeftLowerArm as they are not aligned properly with the LeftHand’s position. Example’s below.

Thank you all for looking into this. This is tremendously helpful.

Would it be possible to make it so as to when you replace the torso the arms don’t appear lower down? The torso unfortunately doesn’t match with the outfit I want to make, but replacing the torso causes the arms to appear weird.

Another issue, there’s some very obvious z-fighting on the legs that is sort of an eyesore.

This helps with the first issue which is really annoying.

Didn’t see that thread :sweat_smile: Thanks!

Fixing this issue also broke/reverted the BodyFrontAttachments for the torso and I assume other ones too.

It seems like the speicifc issue is that the RigAttachments in the arms and the torso are incorrectly set. Specifically, the RigAttachments for the arms inside of the Torso are too high, and the same applies for the RigAttachments inside of the arms. You can pretty clearly see the issue in the marketplace thumbnails for the body parts:

One fix at a time. Left arm should be placed correctly now. We’re looking at the arm and torso rigs right now.
