Frappe Low Rank Expectations

• Expectations of Low Ranks •

It is expected of every LR to use proper grammar while working behind the counter at the Cafe and at all times while at any of Frappé’s facilities, such as the Training Center and Interview Center. LRs should be using the recipe guide* to learn how to make drinks. If there is any confusion while you are attempting to make a drink, ask a Senior Barista or refer to the recipe guide for any help. Also, you should greet people that come up to your register with maturity and confidence. You should also have your greeting written down somewhere, like in a notes application, and have it ready to be copied and pasted into the game, so you don’t have to type it out each time. You can paste your greeting into the ROBLOX chat bar by pressing the CTRL+V keys. (COMMAND+V for Mac Users)

Example Greeting: Hello, my name is OriginallyHilarious and welcome to Frappe! What would you like to order today?

• Promotions •
To be promoted to the next rank, you must attend training sessions. The scores, procedure, and rules for trainings have been listed in the training guide*. Once you have obtained the rank of Senior Barista, it is advised that you view the SB Promotion Guide*, so you can begin your process of working towards SA.

• Summary •

Working behind the counter at the cafe for practice and attending trainings will get you promoted. However, asking HRs for promotions will hurt your chances of rising through the ranks beyond SB and may also result in warning or demotion if repeatedly done.
