Frappuccino - Senior Barista Promotion Guide
Frappuccino will have many Senior Baristas, but only a fraction of them can be promoted to Staff Intern because of our rank limits. Because of this, we have compiled a guide that will give you some tips on how you can achieve Staff Intern at Frappuccino.
How to get Staff Intern:
The Administrative Team+ looks for professionalism, and activity when deciding on who should be added to the MR Team. Once you become a Senior Barista, to be recognized for a Management position you must remain active, kind, hard-working, and diligent. You must show us full capability that you deserve to achieve this remarkable rank, this marks that you have to be active, you must always obtain to do what is expected, be respectful, and you must use grammar. Our HR Team expects high levels of organization on greetings and the time limit you have on your ordering skills, this requires you to be kind in any situation.
How to not get Staff Intern:
Once you become a Senior Barista, these are things you need to avoid. Being rude, plagiarizing greetings, and hinting. You are always supposed to use grammar, even if you are outside of the kitchen. If not, you can be demoted if you’re caught. One thing that can ruin your chance of being promoted is hinting. Our HR Team will not promote you if you’re caught asking for a promotion, talking about how much you work and still haven’t been promoted, trying to get an HRs attention by asking them if they would like a drink, and venting about you’re never going to be promoted. You’ll get promoted faster if your activity is consistent. Lastly, you should try to help LRs and handle situations on your own instead of always asking an MR or HR for help. It would show us you know how to take care of hard situations.
