Introduction

As an LR, we expect you to use grammar at all times behind the counter at the Parlour, Training Center, and Interview Center at all times.

New LRs should be using the Recipe Guide, to learn how to make the foods served at the Parlour. You may ask a Senior Scooper for assistance, if there are problems that occur while making the food.

How to greet a customer

When a customer comes up to your register, you’re expected to greet them. We recommend having your greeting written down on a notepad, or Google Docs, and copying/pasting it when a customer comes up to you. Here’s an example of a simple greeting:

Hello, and welcome to Froideur! My name is asethically, and I’ll be serving you today. What would you like?

You may spice it up by using emojis as well.

Attending trainings

In order to be promoted to your desired LR rank, you must attend trainings.

Trainees - must have 5/7 from the trivia segment, and 1/3 from the orders segment for a total of 6/10, in order to pass.

Junior Scoopers - must have 6/7 from the trivia segment, and 2/3 from the orders segment for a total of 8/10, in order to pass.

Scoopers - must have 7/7 from the trivia segment, and 3/3 from the orders segment for a total of 10/10, in order to pass.

How to be promoted

To obtain the rank Staff Assistant, you must be active as a Senior Scooper, helping out your fellow LRs, and answering questions others might have on the group wall. For more information, we highly recommend you read the Senior Scooper Promotion Information.
