Ban Protocol Documentation
Definition
‘Banning’ is defined as officially prohibiting someone from any Frozey service. This includes the Communications Server, or the Frozey Parlor.
Staff Inactivity Protocol Guide
The ban protocol is called into effect whenever someone breaks a Frozey rule. Each ban must be given a clear reason. Bans are only to be used if the user is committing a major offense, or if the user is still committing a minor offence after being warned and kicked.

Banning at the Frozey Parlor
Before banning someone at the parlor, it’s important to assess if they are committing a minor offence, or a major offence. Examples of what each of these are can be found in the Frozey Public Handbook. Major offences result in an immediate ban. Minor offences result in a warning, then a kick, and then a ban. Frozey Parlor bans can be appealed in the Communications Server.
Banning in the Frozey Communications Server
Frozey Communications Servers bans are non-appealable. Because of this, it’s important to give ample amounts of warnings, and ban only when it is a necessity. If they are committing a minor offence, please try kicking them first. If they are committing a major offence, a ban may be necessary.
Staff Bans - Helper+
If a Staff member is found to be in violation of the Frozey Code of Conduct, or any Staff Rules, an investigation must be opened by the Moderation Team. The only exception to this is Admin Abusing. The investigation leader must be the rank of Chief Staff Officer or above.
