Staff Abuse Protocol
Definition
The Staff Abuse Protocol is defined as a deviation from the standardized rules at Frozey. This includes using blacklisted commands, giving points to other users for their own gain, or intentionally not using grammar whilst in the game with intent to tarnish the public image of Frozey.
Staff Abuse Qualifications
Staff abuse must be marked into one of these categories.
- Is directly abusive to a player(s)
- Is used for the perpetrators own personal / financial gain
- Is used to directly harm the Frozey public image
- Is used to give another individual personal / financial gain
- Is directly infringing on the general Staff Rules
- Involves using blacklisted commands in game
Staff Abuse Protocol Information
Once Staff Abuse is suspected, it will be the job of the Moderation Team to open a Moderation Investigation the individual. (Information on Moderation Team protocols can be found in the ‘Moderation Team General Information’ section.
At all times, Frozey is 100% serious about Staff Abuse. Any Staff Abuse will be taken seriously, regardless of the individuals rank. Anyone who has found the be abusing there powers as a Staff Member will face consequences.
Reporting Staff Abuse
You may report Staff Abuse anonymously to anyone CSO+. They will then direct it to the appropriate people.
