No it isn’t, FiB 2.5 has been released a long time ago and is live on servers.
Check the lighting instance and you’ll see the new settings already there

So its been a few months of playing with these new settings, a big problem i have with it is that it makes the world so bright, even with everything at 0, including brightness, also have issues with all colors being faded or have a blue tint, this includes decals, if they are white, they are now blue, even when i have the bottom half of the sky box as white (one that was recommended to me here). i simply cant find a use for these, a shame because materials look freaking amazing. i hope to see some fixes in the future, just thought i leave a update even though its pretty late.
The reason why stuff is tinted blue is that your skybox is blue. Even if your skybox’s bottom half is white and the upper half is blue, the environment will still be tinted blue.
The color of all the images that make up your skybox are going to affect the color of your scene. If you want to get rid of the blue tint then just pick a different skybox without a lot of blue on all of its sides.

Oh WOW! This is absoultely breathtaking.
The skybox thing takes a while to get used to, but other than that holy cow.
Can’t wait for the day when lights other than the sun can make those crispy crispy shadows, but until then I’ll just settle for messing around with the time of day.
Hopefully there’ll be an option to have some lights do the shady thing and others to just function like they do now.
