Every single time I update my game description it goes back to an old description, in an instant. Exactly like this post. Yet, nobody found a solution.
This is extremely annoying and if anybody knows a way around this I would be infinitely grateful, thank you.
So far I’ve tried:
updating description from place settings
updating description from experience settings
updating description from both at the same time
updating from place settings then waiting 10 minutes because I thought maybe it just takes some time
There seems to be a problem with website textboxes at the moment, I am having a similar issue to where the formatting on my game description breaks, and clumps together. Also experiencing the unable to update description now.
This has happened before, and the solution last time was just to wait it out, try again in a few hours. I even tried different browsers, and everything you have tried. I think this is an issue on Roblox’s end.
Yeah I put spaces in my description so it looks clean but I just wanted to update my title & boom everything in the description got clamped together and looks horrid…
And every time I try to add the spaces again it just gets back to how it was.
A similar thing was happening to me yesterday. I think that I just tried it again 3 or 4 times and it worked, so I think it was probably something else. Good luck!
This is so stupid, I don’t understand why roblox can’t even do this right, so we developers have to waste so much energy to even change the description of the game
This issue is still occurring. Line spaces don’t appear to work and description doesn’t always update. When it does update, it reverts to an older description when I refresh the page.
