Game Ratings Not Saving

I also have this issue, I was able to unfavourite every game yet two games still remain on my profile.

Just wanted to let you know that even though it’s not fixed for you yet, the team is still working on helping you to vote/fave again (between other things).

I will try to provide semi-frequent updates but it’s not super straightforward so it might not be as soon as you hoped. Thanks!

Hello, i’ve been having this issue for a while, I am unable to rate games, favourite games and send friend requests, im only able to accept them.

Out of curiosity (I’m not staff btw), what is your error message(s) in the Games API V1?

You can find the API V1 and V2 in the drop-down here:

For example on my new account with this issue, it says this despite me having played the game with a verified email:

In my case, this reason seems self explanatory and I will just have to be patient for 24h. However, it would be nice if the reason was included in the error message I see on the website instead of “Something Broke” or “Action Unavailable”.

Steps:

Get the place universe ID through this:
https://apis.roblox.com/universes/v1/places/1962086868/universe (replace the numbers here with whatever place ID you want to test this on and make sure to play the game first).
Go to the Games API V1 swagger doc for the /v1/games/{universeId}/votes/user endpoint and enter the universe ID and press execute. Alternatively execute this cURL command:

  -H 'accept: application/json'

What result do you get for that and what results do you get for favoriting or when you try to vote for a game through the API?

I’m also hoping others with this issue will respond.

This also happens when trying to favorite any item and game and when sending friend requests.

This is the error I get when sending a friend request:

Please help. On any part of Roblox, I have SPECIFICALLY been unable to dislike. On Creator Store, and on experiences. I can do it perfectly fine on other accounts. Happens with and without a VPN, and on all devices.

We are experiencing the same issue the like and dislike counts are not updating for our game.

Hey! I’m unable to favorite, vote, and *send friend requests!

I have no knowledge on html/css, but when I go into my F12 (inspect element) panel, go into the network tab, press the favorite button, and press any of the three items that pop up it opens a new tab and brings me to a page saying

Don’t know if this means anything but thought I’d add to it!

Hellloooo! I’ve had this issue for at least two years, I haven’t been able to send friend reqs in-game and on the website nor have I been able to favorite/unfavorite games or even follow them.

And it’s been a troublesome issue, so I’m hoping in this thread I’m able to get some help.

Still doesn’t register dislikes.. Again, for me, this is only specifically on dislikes

Oddly enough, I can still like things all I want.

Game ratings aren’t saving, same goes for favoriting games and sending friend requests.

Still the same problem: game favoriting, game rating, and adding connections don’t work.
