So, a game i am a developer of, Flex Your Ping And FPS! by @Kaks4pex
Was suddenly de-listed from search and recents right after my account was banned for one day
I do not know why, since the game itself did not break any TOS or TOU, as well as CG
We continuously banned exploiters, edaters, etc.
So i do not see the reason as to why the game should be de-listed in the first place
Sure, it has an obfuscated localscript, but that it to protect the game from spoofers (since exploiters would try and decompile the client script to spoof their data)
But even after using the localscript source code, the game did not get re-listed.
I have tried:
Exact match search (quotes)
Checking recents of any account i played the game on
And yet, the game is still de-listed
But, anyone with the direct link can join and play just fine
Here is the attempt of doing an exact quote search
I believe hangout games were delisted due to policy updates. You should have received a message by roblox in your inbox stating that you should appeal. As a reference, here is the full message:
Try contacting Roblox Support under the “Moderation” > “My account was wrongly moderated for other content i created” catagory and link your game and explain your situation. Make sure to go through the content maturity questionaire again before appealing
Am i able to submit the appeal under my own account since i am a collaborator, or does the game owner need to submit it (which would be difficult as since he does not have good english)
Well
It is rather unclear
would collaborators with edit access not be able to appeal for the owner then?
Since i myself have a much better understanding of the english language.
I don’t think people who had their game unlisted received a direct warning or ban but instead a message in the inbox (The one i showed you at the first reply) for hangout specific games due to a policy update which is stated here:
This policy update happened around Today and Yesterday which means it is highly unlikely that your account punishment has caused this. I also looked through the game you linked and it is marked as a social hangout which is the type of games which were affected by this
If the ban you mentioned isn’t connected with the game at all nor are you the owner of the game then i don’t think you can cause the game to be unlisted
