Shift Supervisor - This is the first and introductory Middle Rank. You are now a part of our Management Team and are learning the key basics and duties of how the Gelato staff system works. Whilst learning the basics, you must supervise the parlour and ensure that the community stays safe. You will also attend training sessions to hire and train staff. Limit: 20

Assistant Manager - This is your second step in becoming a more experienced staff member at Gelato. You are now endowed with the responsibilities of hosting and co-hosting sessions, as well as the ability to demote and rank Low Ranks. This includes the ability to ban players. As an Assistant Manager, you are preparing to become the highest and most looked up to Middle Rank. Limit: 15

Manager - You have reached the top Middle Rank, this is a vital step in your career. Managers are able to recommend Senior Chefs for a chance of them to be hired into the Management Team. Managers are still tasked with the responsibilities of hosting, co-hosting, and attending sessions, but also are a key role model for those Assistant Managers who need help to learn and improve those skills. Managers are now getting ready to initiate their High-Rank career at Gelato. Limit: 10

Executive Assistant - Reaching this rank is a huge milestone, you have now mastered all the elements required for a Middle Rank, and you’re physically ready to take in a load more of information and responsibility. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be assigned to a department which will establish if you’ll go down the Public Relations or Staffing branch. You will be tasked with different requirements and will have to fulfil these to the best of your ability. As an Executive Assistant, you’re effectively learning to succeed in your department and as an executive at Gelato. Limit: 6

Chief Public Relations Officer - Reaching this rank, will have meant you have now become an experienced member of the Public Relations Team. You will have larger responsibilities and effectively assist newer members and guide them. As a member of the Public Relations Department, you will be in charge of Gelato’s events and alliances, members of this department are also in charge of managing Low-Rank applications. Limit: 3

Chief Staff Officer - Reaching this rank, will have meant you have now become an experienced member of the Staffing Team. You will have larger responsibilities and effectively assist newer members and guide them. As a member of the Staffing Department, you will manage all staff including their hiring process, their consequences and issues, and their promotions. Limit: 3

Executive Director - This is an incredible rank to achieve, you are now officially a member of the Corporate Team at Gelato and obtain a Super Rank position. The Presidential Team have evaluated you thoroughly and believe you are ready to assist in Super Rank Team decisions. Executive Directors also have the responsibility of overseeing all departments and ensuring operations run smoothly. Limit: 2

Corporate Director - You reach this rank once the Presidential Team believe you are a proficient member of the Super Rank Team who can give all their input and succeed as a corporate. Corporate Directors practically ensure all departments are running smoothly and can end up making the final decision if no viable resolution is settled within the department. It is also your responsibility to guarantee that the Executive Team/High-Rank Team is stable and resolve all issues within it. Limit: 2

President/Vice President - The Presidential Team consists of evolehs and darkIiqhts, the founders of the group, who ultimately manage the group at its largest scale. As well as Zivao, the head of development who is a crucial part of that branch. The Presidential Team is also in charge and manages the Super Rank Team.
