To be noticed by a Manager+ and evaluated by the Staffing Department, you must obtain the rank of Senior. This can be obtained by filling out an application and then attending training sessions.
Do not ask…
Hinting is not taken lightly, if you ask to get promoted in any way shape or form, your chances will decrease, and you’ll most likely end up being MR restricted.
Follow the rules…
Utilizing good grammar and showcasing professionalism will definitely increase your chances. The Staffing Team wants professional individuals who will represent Gelato in a positive way.
Be active…
This is crucial if you are wishing to be promoted to MR. Being active is how you can prove to the Staffing Department that you have the determination and will be active as an MR if you get offered a position. The more active you are, the most likely you will be noticed.

How does it work?
The process of becoming an MR at Gelato is vital for us, as our selective process determines if you have what it takes to join the team. Firstly, you will be contacted by a member of the Staffing Department through Discord, with a proposal and an application. You will have 48 hours to fill out the application, if you don’t manage to fill it out in time, your hiring process will be deemed invalid. Once you submit your application, the Staffing Team will thoroughly review it. If you pass, you will be offered the position. If you unfortunately fail, your hiring process will also be deemed invalid. Failing the application doesn’t necessarily affect your chances to be selected again.
