When attempting to publish a place with audio files that you do not have permission to play, you will be given this prompt that will easily allow you to give permission to all associated sounds (assuming you have the authority to do so):
However this prompt does not show up if you’re publishing in an already published file, meaning the only workaround is to download your place as a local file, and then overwrite publish to your existing published place to make the prompt re-appear.
When you cross publish from one universe to another, we implicitly copy permissions for you and show a pop up only when permissions are missing. You can read more about the update here. You can also look at Experience Permissions page in Creator Dashboard to confirm all audios/videos show up.
