Group Payouts not working

I just withdrew ROBUX from my group to do a small sponsored ad. I was worried I had sent it to the wrong person since it didn’t load within the first 10 minutes. I finally found I did the transaction correctly however, I haven’t been credited the ROBUX. It’s been about half an hour now. A bit concerned.

I did see this post from 2 weeks ago where a similar issue was happening, but it was marked as resolved. So I’m here bumping it as it seems to be happening again.

Group Payouts don't work

The new Snowflake Eyes dropped this morning for 12,500 Robux. In an attempt to buy it, I went to go payout 12,500 Robux to my account. After waiting 30 minutes and doing a couple more payouts, none of the Robux has showed up in my account. They do however appear in my Transactions. I’ve made hundreds of payouts in my lifetime and never had this take longer than 15 seconds. Thank you for the report. We checked the backend system and there was a delay for the first attempt of the Robux transfer in the background. Our service retried later and it was finalized in approximately 40 mins after the original request. These are outlier cases. Some of these payouts may occasionally take longer to release. Thank you for your patience.
