10/16/2020 - Halloween Update

The Halloween update brings a special theme, pumpkin staffs, and more!

  • New Halloween map theme, limited time! Thanks to @jack8699
  • New Candy Bag in the shop
  • Our pumpkin staffs are on sale now until November, if you’d like some of our limited time gear make sure to pick one up! People who have bought a staff from the previous game version on ClanAtlas’s profile should still have theirs.
  • Custom tags have been added as a feature to Plaza Pay subscribers. Thanks to @graviiity
  • Some other menus have been given visual lifts, including the Plaza Pay menu and bot creation menu.
GRP 2020

The latest iteration of GRP’s map design introduces GRP 2020! A circular design encompassing all booths, with a great central gathering space for social activity, business and more!

  • Switched map to GRP 2020
  • Added lounge
  • Added rentable auditorium
  • A fresh coat of paint on the recruiter bot code, works like a charm now!
  • Added various items to the shop including a comically large spoon, a shrinking potion and a spray bottle with more to come!
  • Roblox Premium users now earn an extra GP per second.
  • Plaza Pay introduced as a way to earn some extra GP. More info in-game.
  • Some extra tools to help staff members do their job.
5/31/2020 - GRP 4.6
  • GRP 4.6 brings integration with the modern “group games” feature of roblox, at last! This will give us a lot more flexibility with development.
  • GRP save profiles will need to be converted from the old GRP to the new GRP. Use this post to guide you: GRP 4.6+ Profiles
  • Gamepasses have been taken off sale temporarily while we re-evaluate some of our monetization practices. We hope to offer a much more interesting monetization model in the near future, offering many more options to our players.
  • Many changes were made behind the scenes to gear up for GRP 5.0. Expect exciting updates to come!

  • Booth Materials
    A long awaited update, you can now customize your materials on your booth! This may become a paid feature in the future, so make use of it for free while you can!

  • Rules Splash Screen
    You now must agree to the rules to play our game. This ensures people are all aware of the rules.

We’re working on some big projects and we’re excited to present them to you. Keep an eye out!

12/25/2019 - Christmas QOL

  • R15 Compatibility
    GRP now allows users to use the R15 block rig in-game.

  • Group Recruiting Plaza now has Dark theme
    If you prefer the classical look of GRP you can toggle it on and off.

  • Booth structures and map polish
    There are some new appearances with GRP such as the auditorium, vines and some general model rebuilds.

  • New shop items
    A wide variety of food items have been added to the shop, along with a Lightsaber and an SCP card.

  • Virtual Reality
    Users connecting to GRP using a virtual reality enabled setup will be placed on the “VR Users” team and will be able to use our full VR suite
