Handles/ArcHandles Transparency property does not affect transparency at all

Regardless of what the transparency is set to, the transparency of the physical handles don’t change at all. The same thing for ArcHandles. Just insert a new Handles/ArcHandles into a part, set the adornee, and try to change the transparency.

Edit: No, those are not the movement handles that I am viewing – those are handles that I created myself. There are three of them – one for each axis, and I have all three selected in the explorer (although you can only see two axes (the Y and Z) in the gif). Using a custom selection of Axes/Faces does not impact the bug at all – it still happens if all Axes/Faces are visible.

Edit: Even if parented to the CoreGui it doesn’t work.

CmdUtl 3.0 and qCmdUtl both have their handles highlight when you mouse over them. How are they doing this? It doesn’t look like they’re changing the Transparency property of the handles, so how?

After 5 years, this is still the case with handles. Will there be any update on this?

Not only would an actual transparency property be helpful in making certain things as in my case, it would be redundant to provide a feature that doesn’t work.

After 7 years this is still an annoying bug with the ArcHandles & Handle, If a Roblox developer is reading this please reply letting us know what’s going on, is it impossible due to engine updates or have y’all not gotten to it yet?
