Have not been able to get paid from DevEx in 6 months. Roblox Support unhelpful

I’m not sure where else to put this as I have reached out to Roblox Support three times now with no helpful feedback. I’ve been a part of the DevEx program since 2021 and Roblox has been my source of income for these past 3 years. Ever since July 2023, my requests have been getting rejected. I realize that they check for eligibility for every request and it is not guaranteed that I will get paid every time, but the problem is the reason they give me for why I am getting denied. When I first described my issue to Roblox Support, this is what they replied.

So I checked all my information and everything was correct, and I submitted it again. It got rejected a second time and I contacted roblox again. Their response:

And I replied:

Their response confused me because all of the Robux in my account is earned and not purchased. I earn Robux through my own Roblox group and cash out of it.

They replied this:

I thought that maybe I had some Robux refunded from items deleted/taken off sale. So I cashed out again on December 12th, at a lesser amount, and waited. I thought it was going to go through this time because in the past it had been rejected within the week when normally if it goes through it takes about 2 weeks or longer to process, but I checked my Roblox account today to see that the Robux I cashed out had been returned to my account and my request was denied, again.

If this is a problem on Roblox’s end, I really hope someone can fix it. I feel like I should mention that the co-owner of my group has been able to cash out with no issue. If it’s a problem on my end, can someone help me fix it? I don’t know what to do.

Expected behavior

Normally, my payment goes through with no issue, in about 2 weeks. Nothing has changed on my end and I’m unsure of the underlying problem.

Hello Rosa you are not the only person having Contact related issues with the Roblox Support team. I have also made multiple attempts to contact support with a variety of responses and no resolution. Seems to be this may have been the start of the problems around the holiday season : DevEx Processing - Thanksgiving and Winter Holiday 2023

I had been successfully using DevEx for 4+ years and this issue is a severe problem at the moment.

In January my DevEx request was unexpectedly denied, and despite my attempts to seek clarification and resolve the matter through support channels, the responses have been unsatisfactory and contradictory. The explanation provided were both unclear and untrue, as it did not align with my understanding of the DevEx policy, nor was it consistent with my previous experiences.

One of the reasons given were “Your Developer Exchange request was unable to be processed for the following reason: Insufficient Earned Robux.” This statement is in direct contradiction to my account records (I had to ask for these and only after sending a MIDR letter to Roblox HQ was the information given) which clearly show a surplus of many millions of Robux that I have earned in excess of what has been cashed out

The 2 month delay in addressing my concerns, which necessitated a Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution request and personal correspondence to the legal department, indicates a breakdown in the support process.

It should not have to come to a MIDR before the DevEx team actually does their job and investigates issues

My devex request this month has also resulted in the same reason for rejection despite being approved for the last few months. Very strange as my only source of robux is from my game…

It takes literal EU exclusive legal child safety reports to report users, and even then that doesn’t work (see: YourAverageSnowBuny - Roblox claiming to be a 13 year old girl with a sexual reference name and talking about “dom me everyday” in their about) - I don’t see why parting Roblox with their money would be any easier.
