Reproduction Steps:
- Press escape which opens the new escape menu
Expected Behavior:
- When viewing the buttons at the top only (Report, Screenshot, Record, Full Screen and Reset) buttons should appear when you aren’t ID verified (screenshot I took the other day where this bug didn’t exist)

Actual Behavior:
- When viewing the buttons at the top 2 voice chat related buttons appear (Unmute Self and Mute All) even in non voice chat enabled games! I do not hear anyone with voice chat as I have tested that, I do not have a mic to test if I can actually speak most likely not and is just a visual glitch the API does say I am not verified and not have the mic feature anyway.

Note: I have had this new escape menu for 2 weeks now and its great, there hasn’t been any issues with it today except it having this 1 visual bug today.
