Honey Comb Cafe - Board Of Directors Expectations
The board of directors is the highest-ranking officers within the Honey Comb Cafe community. With that being said, there is a lot of requirements, responsibilities, and expectations for these positions all of which are at all times subject to change. You will be notified of any edits that occur.

General Expectations

Just like any other role, there are expectations. Here are the general responsibilities for all of the board members to follow:

  • Must be at or above the age of 13 (no safe chat).
  • Must be active on our communication server and Roblox group.
  • Must show definite skills of leadership, teamwork, and communication.
  • Must show proof of your prior experience in this profession.
    These requirements are general ones. Meaning that every member of the board must accommodate. Below are specific expectations for each member of the board.

Executive Director Expectations
This is the utmost highest position offered at Honey Comb Cafe. It is an honor to say you are the ED (Executive Director - Board President) of the HCC. The responsibilities of this position are the most demanding but the most general. They are as follows:

  • Must be available to cover for any of your coworkers if necessary.
  • In charge of keeping the board intact by proper communication.
  • Responsible for overseeing all major decisions and discussions.
  • Must be available to help out with general group management.
    To become an ED you must either pass a lengthy application process provided to you by the Chairman of HCC. Or, you may work your way up the rankings proving yourself worthy of this role.

All of the following ranks are considered board members. The board members all have their responsibilities, requirements, and expectations. These ranks all have the same administrative power.

Relations Director Expectations
This position is in charge of HCC’s relations department. They form alliances, manage alliances, organize/host events, and reviews alliance applications. Below are the requirements for this position:

  • Must be able to stay in contact and manage many groups of people daily.
  • Responsible for forming new alliances frequently and managing them.
  • In charge of creating, organizing, and host unique events in front of an audience.
  • Must be eligible to control large groups of people all at the same time.
    An RD (Relations Director) is one of the many support beams that hold up Honey Comb Cafe. By being in this position you have either earned it by being promoted or have been specifically picked to be suitable for this position.

Staffing Director Expectations
This role manages the Honey Comb Cafe staffing department. This includes creating handbooks, overseeing promotions, keeping tabs on past employees, and making sure that are ranked below the administrative department is doing what they’re supposed to. The expectations for this position include the following:

  • Must be eligible to recognize improvement and changes that need to be made.
  • Responsible for creating documents that are detailed and unique documents for events.
  • In charge of announcing any major changes that occur within the staffing department.
  • Must be able to host Interview Sessions, Training Sessions, & create applications if necessary.
    Being an SD (Staffing Director) comes with a lot of work. However, all the work pays off to see the happy faces of workers being promoted or passing their applications. This rank must be earned or you must be recruited by the Chairman and pass an application.

Operations Director Expectations
This is the third and last board member position. A Managing Director oversees general finances of Honey Comb Cafe, advertisements, socials, and the group store (game passes, merch, etc.). The responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Must be able to develop group advertisements via Blender or any photo editing software.
  • Responsible for financial issues that come about and fund management.
  • In charge of frequently creating new items to add to the HCC group store.
  • Must be eligible to manage many social media accounts at the same time.
    An OD (Operations Director) is an accountant for Honey Comb Cafe. Even though they are in charge of finances, they also manage social media accounts, merchandise, and item pricing making them a Operations Director.
