UGC catalog items uploaded to groups are not showing up in groups normally, which is leading my pending to go down hundreds of thousands. Only half of the items are showing when you go to the store tab. In my group, (lorvet - Roblox), there is blonde, brown, black, and ginger uploaded for every hair, but as you can see in the image below, not every color appears. There are also hundreds of hairs missing in general. I assume they are not being shown in the marketplace either.
I’ve heard of some people’s items not showing up in the catalog page, so this def needs to be fixed.
there’s a “bandaid fix” you can do until some staff is able to look into this issue, put your items which aren’t shown off sale for one minute and put them back on sale. This will get some of ur items to show up
@BrightYellowElephant We need a super deep investigation done into this issue to fix it once and for all, please. It’s becoming way too recurrant and affecting way too many groups now. Fixing it just for the groups affected isn’t a viable long-term solution when the issue keeps happening over and over again.
After we made the switch to recently published sorts, we received reports of some group store owners’ items out of order.
We applied the fix to one group store owner at a time, before applying it to everyone today. The problem is every other group store owner is now used to the wrong (buggy) sort order, so it now seems wrong to them.
We will revert our change this morning, and only apply the fix to the group store owners who complained about it. Please give us a day to fix this, and if you still feel like your sort is out of order, go to the report linked above to lodge a complain and we will apply the fix to your store.
There is no need to take your item offsale and onsale to fix this yourself.
I believe the recently published sort is simply broken, some of the items I have published most recently appear at the bottom of the recently published sort. In my attached screenshot is my profile’s (Bad_B0y) recently published characters. The green circled characters are the ones I have published most recently, but appear at the bottom of the sort.
The whole order here is pretty random and doesn’t follow the order they were published in at all. Thanks for looking into this!
Hello, this is now fixed for me, however if possible could this one catalog bug be looked into? i had this issue for months now and it also has to do with group catalogs here
