Help Site clothing documention still details old requirements for clothing creation/selling

Around a year ago, Roblox removed the requirement of a Premium membership to upload and sell clothing items. However, the documentation on the Roblox help website has remained unchanged and is no longer accurate.

The documentation has been updated following the release of layered clothing. This issue is now solved.
