I’ve found a few ways of utilizing mesh deformation, and these three seem to be the best (you’ll have to play with a various amount of settings to achieve desired effects)
Hair in the wind
Vehicular damage
Map/building damage

Holy cow this is cool. I guess this would be helpful for war games or maybe a apocalyptical type game. Good find!

It’s a beta version of studio they had released to allow people to experiment with it. I think it’s being rolled out to regular studio fairly soon, from the date of this posting.

I think it would make a good portal effect if you could make body parts warp the mesh

Right, precisely that one. I used that to try out the experiments, really cool stuff Roblox is working on right now.

I keep thinking about deformable panels on a car when you crash it after seeing this. One day when I get the time…
